Beshishte is located in the southern territory of the Municipality of Vitolishte in the mountainous part of Prilep's Mariovo on the right side of the Black River. The village is mountainous at an altitude of 900 meters. From the town of Prilep village is 43 km away. There are very large area, which occupies an area of 67,1 km2. The arable land  occupies an area of 1.700.8 ha pastures occupy an area of 2.867.8 ha, and forests cover 2038 ha. The village has a mixed agricultural function. In Beshishte has been built medieval church of St.. Paraskeva. It was painted in 1884, but it is not known exactly when it was built. The village has agricultural cooperative, a home of culture and stores. Beshishte was big settlement ,but due to emigration, it had become a small village.
