Vrpsko is a very small village, located in north-eastern part of the territory of the Municipality of Vitoliste, particularly in Prilep's Mariovo at the right side of the Black River. The village is hilly and at an altitude of 800 meters. From the town of Prilep village is only 51 km away. Covers an area of ​​16 km2. Its pastures occupy an area of ​​736.1 ha, forests covers 658.1 ha and 165.6 ha is arable land. The village has a mixed agricultural function. Because of its peripheral position, Vrpsko earlier was a small settlement, which today is almost uninhabited.
